Fall and Spring are my favorite season because it's not too cold or too hot. The weather's just right. I love the colors of the leaves in the fall too, and all the Halloween madness that goes on in October.

FOBTY 8/27

I don't have a real exercise routine but walking has basically been my exercise throughout my life. Walking between classes at school everyday for 12 + yrs, Bowling, Walking my dog Fluffy almost everyday around the block, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. When i gained weight at a certain point, i forced myself to walk around the apartment complex to help me lose weight. Also i walked back and forth in the driveway, from the front porch to the end of the driveway, sometime with the family dog keeping me company, til he decided "oh she 's crazy, i'm tired already from all that walking so i'm resting" lol. I like to listen to my iPod and pace around the house. I just can't seem to sit down while listening to music, i feel the need to get up and pace while listening to music. And of course, i get plenty of exercise at Walmart, since i go there at least 2 or 3 times a week lol. Oh and cleaning house is considered exercise for me too. I just make sure i walk, stand, move more instead of sitting down all the time.

Now how's that for a post? lol...

I'll admit I don't like cheese the majority of the time, but I love me some cheesecake. I have to say just plain cheesecake is my fav because that's the only kind I ate. I remember eating them every time I ate at a local steakhouse. the crust is the best part!

Goals for 2009!

I much rather to have goals than resolutions. I never stick with resolutions so i'm going to say goals.

- Take more pics. ( i was lacking on that last year, maybe P365 will help)
- Scrap a page a day (only did 84 last year)
- Quit going to Rite Aid and spend on junk... (just because it's walking distance doesn't mean i have to go there!)
- Spice up my wardrobe ( other than gray shirts and Old Navy)
- Lose 15 lbs (luckily i stayed at the same weight without gaining, but want to lose more)

I'm pretty sure more goals will come to mind thoughout the year, but these are the main ones....

:sigh: i was just sitting down to eat dinner last night, and the dog was looking out her fav window, then boom i heard something. i thought the computer mouse fell, kept eating then i saw blood spots on the floor, WTH? then i walked to the window, there a hole and 2 cracks on the window. OMG! Apparently she touched the window and put too much weight on it and it broke. I was freaking out. She cut her paw and was bleeding but not much but was leaving blood spots on the floor. she didn't act like she was hurt, luckily the bleeding stopped, then i taped cardboard on the window. Oh why does this have to happen when i'm home alone for a week?? I think i jinxed myself when i told J tuesday night... " everything's fine, i don't know why i was freaking out about being home alone"

I found out that one guy lost weight (80+) just by focusing on avioding certain ingredients. Cornstrach is one of them, i will find out about what other indrgeniedents to aviod later. Also processed food is a culprit as well... That inspired me to keep losing weight. I've lost 30+ lbs since June 2007. Wow, never thought about the mumbers til now.

I watched a few movies last night while katie didn't let me sleep...

Forgetting Sarah Marshall, a very funny movie!! The next American Pie i tell ya I was laughing so hard. One guy on there reminds me of Sanyja from American Idol.

Fast Food....

is too overrated for me now. When i was growing up, fast food would be like a treat to me, because didn't have it often as i'd like. Then in High School, i went to a fast food restaurant every friday, before the movies or whatever, it was a still a treat to me then. Now, not so much. I had it way too much now lol. I believe it was the culprit of my weight gain, esp McD's Fries.

My two faves back then:
McD's- Big Mac Meal
Taco Bell- 2 Double Deckers

ooo how can i forget this.... Chipotle's! When i moved to Columbus, i found chipotle's and had that all the time. When i found Chipotle's, i said move over Taco Bell, and i never ate Taco Bell again really. then i found out that they built Chipotle's over in my hometown. so i try to eat there everytime i'm there.

in final conclusion, i would say my fave is Homemade Tacos or Chipotle, Chicken taco with extra chicken, chesse, no rice

I had a bad day yesterday so mostly i just laid in bed and watched TV all night, no scrapping done. PMS got me bad this month i guess. i'm hoping to get something done today... I have 8 unused templates, and about 11 unused kits sitting in my Recent Downloads folder, calling out to be played with... and need 12 points to get up to 40% on SSD LOL.

Well i did it! I sat on the computer 10:30- 3pm, stopping to watch Dr Phil, which was making me a bit sick with all the pills the lady took. hopefully she gets help! Anyway i finished my project and it's ordered! hopefully i'll have it in my hands by tuesday but i'm kinda doubting that. I did catch myself tidying up the kitchen after J got home, and i never clean when he's home lol. Then i came back on her to put the project together.

I was just about sick to my stomach last night. Back up, when i was @ grandma, i came across this pic of her with her brothers and sisters from the 70's and immediately wanted to have it to scan and scrap it. She let me take it home. Ok so i put it in my wallet, well i should have put it in my photo box when i got home, but i didn't. i took it out yesterday and it was behind a stupid gift card for Cabelas (only if you activate it) which still had glue on the back of it. It peeled a lil tiny bit off the pic. Grr. i was mad, i threw away the gift card, the pic is worth more then the gift card to me. well the least i can do now is scrap it. Grr. It was in perfect condition!
