oh boy...

What's next?

I thought i'd enjoy being home alone for a week... til Wednesday...

Tuesday Night: I thought my cell phone was turned off for the first time ever... I was like WHAT? can't be.... turns out i just didn't have service that night for some reason. It was fine the next morning.... weird, never happened before.

Wednesday Night: Katie broke the window, leaving blood spots all over the floor

Last Night: after 5 pm.... i had a massive headache that wouldn't go away, took med like i usually do, still hurt so bad, i went and laid down, 15 mins later i'm rushing to the bathroom and ended up throwing up like 5 times! The first time in 3 yrs! I still felt awful afterwards, i just took it easy and laid in bed and watched my movies...then at 2 am i decided to get up and get a quick internet fix.... only to find out the internet wasn't working!!! WHAT??? No internet= me not happy ( just ask my fam, they'll tell ya) After trying to work on it for 15 mins, i told myself " just go back to bed, it's just another jinx, it'll be fine and working in the morning" Sure enough it was working fine this morning ::sigh::

J needs to come home. He was supposed to come home tonite but they postponed it til tmw nite at the latest. I hope. I'm still aiming for tonight tho lol.

I'm still not feeling well at all this morning so i'm going to take it easy today. It must be some thing i ate...

But i'm still in the mood to scrap so hopefully i can do some, i was on a roll and still have more in me.

I watched Don't Mess with Zohan. It was stupid like The Love Guru but it was funnier and watchable.

Oh i'm watching Supernanny tonight. They are showing a deaf family tonite. which reminds me, i should call grandma

It's official, i've got a head cold, dang weather changing... but that didn't stop me from doing a project!
Candy Bag TopperDid it for a challenge for SPD. Plan to make more in two weeks for the kids. Surprisingly, i did this right after i got up lol.

Oh i learned something last night! i learned how to link a image! i was trying to fig that out for oh so long...

How many times do Dr. Phil has to talk about Simpson??? and again tmw, i'm skipping it tmw....

Fringe!!! That's right, my lineup is full tonight!

I think i actually like staying home alone, got a good nite's sleep.

Ok, i'm off to cross off that challenge and do some more....

I'm late...

but i'm here now! i actually thought i would go a day without blogging but had to pop in and show off my newest project!

I was inspired by the P2D challenge and this gallery which have projects ranging from altered playing cards, ATC cards, and badge album. well my project turned out to be a combination of the 3.
The orignal idea was:
Make 2.5x3.5 digital files
Print & Cut
Run it thru the Xyron
Adhere on playing cards
Punch a Hole thru the cards and bind it with a book ring (but this is where the idea wasn't working out bec they was sticking to each other)
so i decided to put it in badge holders i just happened to have
and tie it together with a ribbon!
Tada!

this is on my Christmas to do list bec i'm sure when fam and friends see one, they will want one lol.

Not much going on... still feel blah but got a mini flat screen tv for my computer room! Now i can scrap and watch tv at the same time!

HOT Pepper!!

I think i have a bad case of PMS right now... and i'm sure J feels like he's walking on eggshells.

I found the scrapbook on my back porch, just in time. Yay! but i found 2 and half mistakes with it. I checked it 20 times and changed it a few times before ordering and still has mistakes, my mistakes, not theirs. Otherwise, i love it!

Last night for dinner we had steak, baked potato and peppers. Anyway J cooked some hot peppers with his dinner, and saw that he didn't eat all of his hot pepper. He said it was hot.

Yeah right, whatever. So i picked it up and put it in my mouth like it was nothing. At this point J's gives me a 'told you" look

AHHHHH!!

HOT!!

Throat is burning, eyes tearing up, nose is running.

TEA!!

BREAD!!

Downed two glass a tea and ate a whole slice of bread

ahh... went to the bathroom mirror and my whole face is red.

Never again.

I guess yesterday was Hybrid Sunday for me. I did a couple of projects. First one...

Worst Week ( have to catch it at 12:30 am since it conflicts with Heroes)

It's starting to look alot...

like Fall! Time to bust out the pumpkin delights, apple cider, apples and caramel, apple crisp and decorations!

We went to visit family before our outing yesterday and saw that they had their halloween decorations up, that inspired me!

So when i got home, i decided to make this:

and it is displayed like this:

I went though my stash and found all the Fall/Halloween Kits i have, Cropped the pp into 2x2, put an element within that kit and put on on a 8x10 file. Continue til the 8x10 is full and there you have it!

I did the same thing for Valentine's last year but whet i did that time was take the back off a 8x 10 frame and glued it on and displayed like that without the glass and frame. This time i just slipped in the frame. Easier that way.

I have 3 more projects i want to get done today, hopefully.

We also decorated the front porch a bit. a scarecrow on a stick in the flower pot, and another scarecrow on the rail. Hoping to get 2 pumpkins for the front porch...

Anyway... thanks to everyone who commented about Mac/Vista. i usually just put the file on a usb and download them from J's computer.

Pissed off...

Ok i wasn't going to blog til later but i'm in a 'pissed off' funk and hoping writing will help me feel better. I feel unappreciated, put down and torn apart right now and want the anger come out of my body so i can be cheerful again. That's all i'm going to say. Maybe i do need to go out and go grocery shopping to calm down. Maybe there's a new issue of Real Simple to grab!

Today is the usual out to lunch, grocery shopping and deeper cleaning but i told j i'm staying home and sent him off to do it on his own. I think i'll call him after he gets done with whatever he doing.

I've started to do some Hybrid projects!
- A clock with a scrapbook page in it, ( just took it apart and glued it on the background) It's so cute! ( can't post it but will post when i make another one)
also i think i'm going to use that idea for Christmas too

- Name Magnets- in process of making them. Just came up with the idea one day... will post when it's done.

and i have alot of other projects listed too including calendars.

Also i grabbed a Blog in A Box last night and will work on it when i come home. So look out for a new look!

So Dr Phil was talking about School. Here's what i think.

- Teachers with Guns- NO. I mean i understand the purpose of keeping the kids safe, But on the other hand, what if a kid see it in a drawer and pick it up and start playing with it??- So NO

- Lowering the drinking age to 18- WTH? NO! You know how much probs that will cause? i admit my first drink was at 18 tho but it's not worth it.

Hey what's up with not being able to upzip files that has MAC files while unzipping on Vista? Anyone has this prob. I think this is just a conflict between MAC and Vista....

Not much going on here, went on a boat ride and had a cookout with family. I was determined to scrap all day and catch up on my points but didn't happen. However, i did a quick lil tv guide for reference!
